Frequently asked questions
Do I need any apps?
No. The quiz, bundle builder, countdowns, reward tiers, size guides and more are all part of the theme. Shopify's free Search & Discovery app is recommended for filters, and a review app if you want star ratings.
Can I use Celestine for products other than beauty?
Yes. Every section is general-purpose; the beauty blocks (shades, ingredients, results) are simply there when you need them.
Does it work with my language and currencies?
Yes. All storefront text can be translated in Online Store → Themes → … → Edit default theme content, and the layout supports right-to-left languages. Prices and reward amounts follow the customer's currency.
How do I update the theme?
When a new version is available, Shopify shows an update notice in Online Store → Themes. Updating creates a new copy with your settings carried over, so you can check it before publishing.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |

| Filters don't appear | Install Search & Discovery and add filters there; check that Show filters is on in the collection section |
| A mega menu doesn't open | The mega menu block's title must match the menu item's title exactly, and the item needs nested links |
| Star ratings don't show | Your review app must write Shopify's standard rating metafields; some apps need a setting for this |
| The reward bar shows but the reward isn't applied | Create the matching discount or free-shipping rate in Shopify; the bar only shows progress |
| Changes don't show on the live store | You may be editing an unpublished theme. Check which theme is live in Online Store → Themes |
